Abstract

The present study analyzes the construction of the front pages of Diario Perú21 based on the intentionality and process that this entails through the photos or photo-compositions of the digital media. Qualitative methodology was used for the study. According to the results, most of the images were used against the candidate Pedro Castillo, no news unfavorable to Keiko Fujimori was published, and the images do not represent the most important object of the front pages. Finally, the Framing Agenda represents a powerful tool of the media and the front pages of the written press expose it directly and effectively.
