Abstract

This document analyzes and searches for the background and fuzzy-AHP implementation results in supply chains where agile management was implemented in a Peruvian painting company. Supply chain agility is important. It permits production according to clients' needs and responds quickly to changes in demand and delivery time. F-AHP implementation allows greater management agility of the supply chain, by analyzing the actors and selecting best factors for agile supply chain so that the company can run smoothly. The factors evaluated are the suppliers, the manufacturing area and the distributors. After the application of fuzzy-AHP in this work, first supplier, second distributor and the first manufacturer have higher scores compared to the others, therefore the process chooses them since these are the best options in order to obtain an agile supply chain management. Finally, this document demonstrates the approach, seeks to follow through with the F-AHP method and provides the best selection.
