Chatbot para la Solicitud de Atenciones Médicas en Entidades Públicas para Personas Sordomudas en el Perú Utilizando Inteligencia Artificial

The purpose of this project is to create a mobile application using Flutter that allows people with hearing and speech disabilities to make medical care requests in public hospitals faster and get facilities to communicate with doctors through a chat. The chatbot must have access to the camera. In addition, you will be able to use sign language, then get translated and add that information to the request for medical attention. This can be achieved after training a model using Tensorflow. We used a minimum of 500 images for each sign to train the model. After the training and the tests to validate the accuracy of the model, this was exported as a Tflite file and incorporated into the application using the Tflite Library. Firebase was used for the database, where all the users, appointments, and chats will be registered. The validation of the application demonstrated that the satisfaction from users was high enough because it was easy and fast to use.
