Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the ideological discourses on the Venezuelan migrant in Peru. For this purpose, the discursive productions of Peruvian residents in Ayacucho and Lima, as representative cases of Peruvianness, were studied. Methodologically, we used a qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews. The work examined the construction of social processes such as mestizaje, identity and territory. The study concludes that migration has an impact on the conceptions and behaviors of Peruvians who consider themselves threatened by Venezuelan migration.
