Abstract
The uses of (de)queísmo have been recorded in the academic context, sometimes in the school educational environment. In Peru, these forms have shown an important relationship with respect to the use of the standard language in university environments, since the use of the forms de que and que have been recorded. The variation can be explained by the linguistic competence of the students of a specialty, of related careers and of social variables. The objective of this research is to describe (de)queísmo in students of private Peruvian universities. To achieve this objective, the variables sex, age, major and period are included. Methodologically, a questionnaire was applied to 54 students from various private universities in Peru. The results show extended uses among young university students of this type of university.
