Abstract

The purpose of this work is to share the experience of developing application work in the Industrial Control Systems course of the ninth cycle of an electronic engineering program at a public university in Peru. The topic was to design and build teaching modules for the simulation and understanding of the adjustment process of a controller and the operation when a variation of the controlled variable with respect to the set point is simulated. Two modules were made, one using a PLC as a controller and the other using an Arduino Mega, the result was very good in both works, allowing you to observe and understand what the result is at the output of the control system when an error detected in the controlled variable is simulated. The demonstration of operation allows us to practically understand the effect of the value of the proportional gain in relation to the error.
