N2 - This project aims to implement a technological solution that improves the quality of emergency care in primary attention health facilities in Peruvian rural areas. To achieve this objective, the development of an implementation of a technological solution was carried out, allowing the management of procedures and tools based on the recommendations of one or more medical specialists using synchronous telemedicine communication that will allow us to optimize the quality, costs and times of care, complying with the established objectives for the improvement of efficiency indicators in the provided services, allowing to help many lives in far areas from big cities.
