Abstract
The main aim of this research is to determine the effects of digital transformation as a factor contributing to efficiency and resilience in the supply chain agri-food value chain as well as, to analyze the main technological trends for the companies of this sector. The methodology employed is a literature review of 31 papers from the Scopus and Science Direct databases. The results show that digitalization brought many benefits, but also challenges. The different ways in which this technology has contributed have been analyzed.
