Abstract
Advances in digital technology and artificial intelligence are transforming contemporary aesthetics, redefining notions of artistic creation, authorship, and experience. This article examines two key dimensions: The fusion of artist and machine, which challenges mass symbolic production while analyzing the possibilities and limits of automation and computational creativity; and the technological sublime, which explores digital phantasmagoria, postmodern nihilism, and the symbiosis between art and science. To ground these concepts, the study analyzes three projects from the Artware Biennial, selected for their aesthetic relevance and development of custom digital tools. These works foster a critical dialogue between technology and tradition, which reflect current dynamics in digital art.
