Abstract

Delivering products is not just about getting them into the hands of the customer, but they must arrive in accordance with established characteristics. The importance of quality in production processes with proper procedures is vital for optimal organizational performance and for meeting customer needs. This article examines the use of Lean tools under a circularity approach to deliver defect-free products. Lean practices and tools play an important role within manufacturing industries to improve and enhance competitive advantage in the global marketplace. They also face increasing pressures to align their operations with sustainability goals. Production efficiency is expected to reach 71.70% and reverse logistics efficiency 50%, reducing downtime and availability. In summary, industry circularity improves operations with sustainable efficiency and benefits the economy and environment.
