abstract = "This project aims to develop a mobile application using Augmented Reality (AR) to enhance wildlife tourism in Peru, addressing the economic and social challenges that have impacted the sector. Utilizing technologies such as Swift and ARKit, the application enables immersive interactions with local wildlife through 3D visualizations and access to detailed information. This tool seeks not only to significantly enrich the visitors' experience but also to increase tourist visits. To this end, the state of the art of AR in tourism is analyzed, demonstrating its potential to enhance tourist experiences and improve interaction with heritage sites. The application's effectiveness was validated through user surveys, resulting in high acceptance and satisfaction.",
