Abstract

This article refers to the analysis of the knowledge management, in its different manifestations, in the cluster of small enterprises of solar energy located in Arequipa in Peru. A sample of enterprises of this cluster was taken, in which questionnaire was applied aiming to identify the available knowledge, acquisition modes, previous requirements, learning assessment and introduced innovations. After the analysis and the discussion of results, developed the proposal of science, technology, and innovation policies for the improvement of this cluster.
