Pseudo-Static Slope Stability Analysis of the Costa Verde de Barranco Using the Limit Equilibrium Method

Abstract

The slope stability analysis of the Costa Verde in the district of Barranco has been approached using various methods, including limit equilibrium methods such as the Spencer method, the Simplified Bishop method, and the Janbu method. These studies will allow us to identify critical areas and obtain results on how they would react to a large magnitude earthquake, thus enabling the development of alternative solutions to improve the stability of the slope in the evaluated area.
