Abstract

After a thorough review of the content of this article by a duly constituted expert committee, this article has been found not to meet IEEE standards for publication quality. Specifically, this article contains incoherent, non-standard, or unclear technical language (tortured phrases), which impacts the reliability of the results. Therefore, IEEE has retracted the content of this article from Xplore. When contacted, the authors disagreed with the retraction.
