Abstract

This paper analyzes the satisfaction factors of students at a private university in metropolitan Lima during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the adverse context, these factors led students to recommend the service offered by the institution. Methodologically, the study presents a qualitative approach, applying documentary analysis and Grounded Theory strategies in data based on quantitative and qualitative information obtained by the institution in 2021. It is concluded that, despite the unprecedented context and especially contrary to the educational service, the university improves the historical score of student satisfaction due to effective academic practices that were only possible with the corresponding technology management.
