Abstract
In the current market, small and medium-sized enterprises experience a wide margin of loss due to poor control in logistical expenses, leading to acquired goods not being sold. This scenario is very common for tourism retail companies, who buy a number of travel packages from big companies and because of the lack of demand for these packages, they expire and become an expense, rather than an investment as intended. To solve this problem, we propose to detect the problems that limit a company through a reengineering of processes, and thus implement an information architecture model based on sentimental analysis that will allow tourist SMEs to make better decisions and utilize the information that most already possess. In addition, a case study was applied to a real company, showing data before and after using the proposed model in order to validate the feasibility of the model.
