Abstract

The textile industry is a significant player in manufacturing, contributing significantly to the economy. However, one of its considerable challenges is delivery delay, which calls for more efficient and sustainable processes. To address this issue, the proposed solution aims to improve the supply chain, reduce idle time and optimize waste management, with the goal of improving the company's research processes. The Lean-Green tool is the chosen approach, as it offers a targeted reduction of environmental impact, improves sustainable processes, and increases customer satisfaction. Implementing this approach requires a considerable improvement of at least 15%. The tool promises to optimize processes, leading to ongoing increases in efficiency, which is a comprehensive and long-lasting strategy for enhancing textile production. The Arena program was used to validate and optimize improvement processes in the company, resulting in increased productivity.
