N2 - The main problem of the company under study is the lack of attention in a large percentage of orders, which generates economic losses. This is due to several problems, which are: Delayed production and defective products and parts. This is why the efficiency of the company was evaluated, which is currently 65%. In order to solve problems and increase efficiency, methodologies that contribute to improving the productivity of the production line were evaluated. The most weighted tools were the Lean Manufacturing tools, as success stories across countries and sectors were successful [1]. After the application of the tools: 5S, VSM and TPM, the number of defective parts and the cycle time were reduced. This made it possible to increase the effectiveness of the company by 75%.
