N2 - This paper presents the design and implementation of an educational chatbot based on generative artificial intelligence for secondary school students in a private school in Lima, Peru. The system employs large language models and natural language processing to answer curricular questions, generate practice exercises, and offer personalized study recommendations. A scalable cloud-based architecture was developed. Performance will be evaluated via a controlled pilot measuring response accuracy and user satisfaction. Expected outcomes include immediate feedback, increased student autonomy, and optimization of classroom time. This work offers a practical framework for integrating generative chatbots into secondary education as cost-effective academic support tools.
