N2 - In the digital environment, the accelerated growth of e-commerce during the pandemic has highlighted the need to modernize traditional data exchange processes, which often do not respond quickly enough to maximize sales potential. This research evaluates the viability of the Make platform for e-commerce process integration and automation, demonstrating how it improves operational efficiency, market responsiveness, and optimizes resource management while reducing operational costs. The methodology includes a cost and time comparison between traditional processes and those automated with Make, using specific formulas to calculate savings. Previous studies were reviewed and other iPaaS platforms, such as Microsoft Power Automate and Zapier, were compared. The results show a 99.4% reduction in operating hours and an economic savings of approximately S/. 2691.24, which represents up to 62 times the cost of implementing Make. The subscription to Make CORE was viable, with total savings of S/. 2,649.84. Gradual implementation, staff training, and integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence are recommended to further optimize processes.
