Business Project for the Creation of a Multivitamin Product for Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Using Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Scrum in Metropolitan Lima

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition that becomes evident from childhood through adulthood. In recent years, the prevalence rate of ADHD has increased by approximately 8 %. People with this condition experience various symptoms such as difficulty staying focused on a task for extended periods, trouble socializing, lack of coordination, impulsiveness, among others. Some of these symptoms are not properly treated according to the specific type of disorder. Therefore, this study aims to improve the well-being of children through a multivitamin product by applying methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Scrum. These approaches allow for strategic focus by understanding the user's needs and problems, and by developing an innovative and impactful solution. As a result, a business model was created that includes nutrients which help reduce symptoms in neurodivergent children.
