Resumen

This study analyzes the common behaviors of corruption that will serve as a point of discussion regarding the courses or curriculum networks of different programs offered in the academic market. The participants comprised 201 communication sciences university students from two public universities in Junin and Puno. The corruption normalization scale, which measures common behaviors related to corruption, was applied. The results did not show a substantial difference between students from the two distinct regions in Peru, thus indicating that corruption is ingrained. This finding clearly evinces a high tolerance toward different corrupt acts, showing that the absence of values, ethical aspects, and moral norms are the basis of all forms of corruption.
