Resumen
In Peru, excessive consumption of sugary beverages has emerged as a growing public health issue. This phenomenon is associated with an increase in chronic diseases such as obesity and diabetes, negatively impacting the population's well-being and generating a significant economic burden on the healthcare system. This article develops a combinatorial model that links two approaches: Lean Startup and Scrum, in 5 phases, with the purpose of creating a value proposition. The main result of this research supports the effectiveness of merging Lean Startup and Scrum in successfully addressing the market need. Problem validation demonstrates that 87.5% of respondents identified excessive consumption of sugary beverages as a significant issue. The questionnaire also confirmed a marked interest in the beverage, with 87% willing to try it and 68% interested in tasting events. The main conclusion highlights that the research has fulfilled its motivation by demonstrating the viability of the value proposition and the effectiveness of combining the methodologies.
