N2 - Multifamily condominiums face a growing management challenge: high delinquency rates, fragmented communication, and manual processes that lead to delays, errors, and low owner satisfaction. To address this issue, a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) was designed and deployed on the WordPress platform with modules for billing, announcements, maintenance requests, and a centralized control panel. Over eight weeks and in three pilot communities, we evaluated operational efficiency indicators and user perception. The results show a 35% reduction in response time to maintenance requests, a 25% decrease in the administrative workload reported by managers, and a 20% increase in perceived owner satisfaction, compared to baseline metrics. Likewise, the platform maintained steady daily usage levels throughout the pilot, demonstrating its ease of adoption and relevance to day-to-day administrative needs. These findings confirm that a digital solution focused on workflows and user experience can optimize key processes, increase transparency, and raise satisfaction in complex multifamily residential environments. Future studies are recommended to explore its application in other urban areas and to assess its long-term impact on user retention indicators and the profitability of management companies.
