N2 - Healthy housing promotes the health and well-being of its inhabitants, it is characterized by offering an adequate residential environment, this characteristic in rural areas is not considered when planning and building houses; These are located in dangerous areas, without design, with materials without quality, self-built, without maintenance, with inefficient sanitary and elec-trical facilities, without financing systems and without considering their poverty levels. These factors make it possible to increase the risk against physical and mental health. This study is located in the Puerto Bermudez District of the Peruvian Amazon, due to the ab-sence of healthy homes, its 57% housing deficit and its poverty level; It is proposed to use the Guadúa bamboo, a species cultivat-ed in the area to use it in the design of a healthy rural house with characteristics of organic and vernacular form and with construc-tion techniques of packed bamboo and active flexion; the elabora-tion of a model of the designed single-family house; and the development of 3D printed prototypes of structural joints and connec-tions.
