N2 - This article establishes the feasibility of the application of the immersive and interactive digital twin in the construction of multi-family projects for the improvement in the control of the progress of works through the application of 3D technology. The tool was put into practice with the digitization of a multi-family building project in Metropolitan Lima, in order to obtain the virtual tour of the project and analyze the benefits obtained. The most outstanding contribution offered by this tool is the improvement in communication between the stakeholders, since by having the 3D model of the work, each party involved has a complete visualization of it without being present in the place. By having information on the current status of the work, this generates better decision-making so that the project is developed efficiently and within the established time.
