N2 - In this article, the existence of the problem of slow decision making in multi-family building projects is verified through a literature review and a survey conducted by researchers. After this, the use of the Lean Construction 4.0 methodology is proposed through digital twins of the building works, and it is applied in a case study. As results, it is obtained that the digital twin allows to analyze the work in detail, generate corrective actions if necessary, and check that the appropriate procedures have been carried out in the execution of the items carried out on site, even for stakeholders who could not go to work. Therefore, the decision-making experience in quality controls is improved in addition to reducing the number of site visits.
