N2 - Currently, the construction industry worldwide is going through a challenging situation in the face of the pandemic derived from the coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID-19. As a result of this pandemic, many countries declare a state of emergency, which is why the economy is experiencing a serious recession and within it the construction sector. For the restart of activities, construction and real estate companies implement biosecurity guidelines and protocols established by the government, which directly impact the labor productivity of construction projects, which generates extensions term and budget increases thus affecting its performance. In this sense, this research proposes a process for the evaluation of projects in order to determine and analyze the productivity indices in multi-family buildings to identify the factors that hinder an optimal operation and thus deter-mine the impact within the term of the project. The results show a considerable variation in the productivity indices, which impacts the total term of the project.
