N2 - The dispertion of laws and normatives about renewable energies in the Peruvian case is an obstacle for a more dynamic regional development, for the delay, obsolescence and scarcity of these norms. The methodology consists in the revision of the normative about renewable energies, analizing their impacts at the regional level. The results of the research conduce to have important inputs for a renewable energy policy and a coherent planning of the research and development in renewable energies.
