Resumen
The urban image is constructed historically and represents the object of study that is analyzed transversely in the time across his consumers, the citizens. Later is put into practice the aesthetic condition's theoretical model proposed by Tena Perera (1997) for the analysis and evaluation of the urban image's quality perceived and evaluated by the inhabitants of the urban spaces of the Commas district at Lima. For it, the quantitative, transverse, descriptive and analytical method was used for to seek to understand the reasons for which the local inhabitants chose an urban image on other one. The investigation ends up by demonstrating the correlation between the satisfaction degree and the aesthetic condition, confirming that the urban image's quality obtains of the aesthetic condition's evaluation of his visual categories: quantity, position, size and aspect.
