N2 - In an increasingly digital market, new forms of product marketing through digital channels have been gaining importance, where growth rates in the world increased exponentially during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in Peru, which registered one of the highest growth rates with 131%, is in this context where light logistics companies operate, which maintained significant growth prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, since there were 753 formal companies which had a growth rate of 59%, a situation that changed drastically in recent years, since subsequent growth has been zero; It should be noted that 99.5% of these companies are SMEs. This has caused a conflict in the market, on the one hand, there is greater demand for logistics services and on the other hand, less supply because 90% of SMEs have a lifespan of no more than 10 months, due to their lack of competitiveness that is generated, among other factors, by high informality, lack of technological innovation, lack of knowledge and skills of those involved, among other aspects. Given this situation, the lack of agile and rapid implementation methodologies that allow logistics SMEs to develop an adequate implementation of the digital transformation to increase their competitiveness and that is in accordance with their characteristics has become a relevant aspect; Therefore, this research aims to contribute to the innovation of support processes with the aim of increasing the productivity and profitability of this type of companies through the application of digital transformation methodologies and agile methodologies in the short term. term.
