N2 - The inefficiency and lack of security in the document management of police records in Peru motivate the conceptual proposal of PoReBo, consisting of a web-based digital intermediation platform based on blockchain that will streamline the processing of this document. The contribution consists of providing a digital platform that offers Smart Contract-like functions with intelligent signatures to guarantee the authenticity of document incorporation in the Ethereum blockchain network. This will allow the consultation, registration, and validation of police records. With this platform, the aim is to strengthen the security and efficiency in document registration by leveraging the characteristics of blockchain technology, such as data immutability and decentralization for consultation. Additionally, a timestamp will be used to provide trust at the time of registration. The validated results were obtained through the evaluation of experts in software architectures, rating the proposed design and containment measures regarding security and flow of functions involved in the proposed technologies. In conclusion, based on the analysis of digital intermediation techniques in a blockchain-based architecture, it was evident that PoReBo achieves its objective of improving document management, significantly reducing the current issues in the management of police records in Peru, offering security, efficiency, and reliability in the process.
