Resumen
The workforce in Ibero-American countries is evolving towards a greater presence of workers with higher education, thus the objective of this research is to determine the influence of some factors of psychological capital on active workers with a university degree in Metropolitan Lima. In addition to analyzing the relationship between psychological capital and occupational stress in the same workers. Through a quantitative approach study, with a cross-sectional and non-experimental design, a survey is applied to 395 active professional workers, the data obtained are analyzed using a structural equation model based on covariances. The study demonstrates the existence of a significant causal relationship between work-life balance and psychological capital. Likewise, a significant relationship is proven between rewards and incentives and psychological capital. Finally, the research concludes that social support and self-confidence are the key determinants of the positive effect that work-life balance and rewards and incentives have on psychological capital.
