Resumen

This research work focuses on developing the Quality Management process for potato-producing SMEs in Vinto Roncador. This work will be based on the objectives of the Value Stream Mapping, Standardized Work, and Good Agricultural Practices tools. The purpose of the proposal is to help these agri-food companies to increase their performance, profitability and sustainability to be competitive at the national and even global level. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations observed throughout the execution are detailed, from the key points of the development to the results obtained in it.
