N2 - The aim of the study is to analyze the use of narrative elements via the remarkable Moloko and Sin Paltas Podcast. Also to find out the tools used that lead them to success on streaming platforms. For this purpose, the narrative strategies most used in these podcasts were defined, comparing the communicative strategies and narrative elements. In addition, differences in the narrative discourse were identified to explain the interaction and relationship with their followers and listeners. Qualitative methodology was used and the findings showed a versatile tool, free of parameters, which makes the podcast a tool for nonverbal communication. However, the contents personal valuation is shared by both podcasts, since they seek to connect with their listeners through personal experiences, recommendations, opinions and viewpoints. In that way, the relationship between host and listener becomes extremely important, generating an emotional bond which increases the consumer's loyalty.
