N2 - Over time, various industries have adapted to changes through the search for continuous improvement. The construction sector does not escape from it, today there is an unprecedented transformation, the development of new technologies is driven by the need to increase productivity. However, much of this research focuses on the improvement of construction processes and the development of tools that can increase production, leaving aside another important factor such as safety that according to various sources is of great relevance. It has been possible to identify those current practices such as filling out records manually, reviews of these, their storage, entry and others, are inefficient and lead to a decrease in the productivity of security personnel, reducing supervision times and increasing the probability of the occurrence of accidents.With the following premise, this research proposes to improve the productivity of security personnel through the implementation of a mobile application. For this, the current state is recorded, depending on this, the opportunities for improvement are determined and an ideal proposal is made in which the development of an application is included, thus achieving a substantial improvement in terms of the times dedicated to nonproductive work.
