N2 - This document shows how advances in technology make it possible to find a solution to the current social housing deficit, present mainly in many Latin American countries such as Peru, through 3D printing of concrete. Currently, multiple advances show the benefits of this additive manufacturing technology with respect to the minimization of time and cost in the delivery of homes. Therefore, it is expected to carry out a more in-depth investigation for the case of social housing so highly demanded in a country like Peru that has a high population density due to centra liza tion. Thus, the feasibility of the application of 3D printing is evaluated, evaluating the sustainability, time, cost, productivity and risks for the delivery of this type of single-family homes, where the main result is that its application is suitable for according to the economic-time evaluation, the comparison of productivity and risks with the traditional method, and its benefits of reducing waste and the use of recyclable material in the additive mixture.
