N2 - A new reality has been presenting itself since 2020, given the suffering of the coronavirus; forcing humanity to oppose with preventive measures to reactivate those items negatively impacted by contagion, where the AEC sector (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) is involved, significantly affecting one of its most important stages, real estate presale, compromising to the project objective (scope, cost, time and quality) and to the client's objective (profitability and operability). However, it is time for an evolution to devise an optimal scenario, being a key period for the digital revolution and the application of technological tools to speed up the speed of sales, generating an immersive experience that makes it easier for the end customer to recognize the project more realistic and interactive to generate an accurate and conscious decision making. The article develops procedures for real estate and for the end customer willing to live a different experience to make the best decisions. In the last place, the validation of technical opinions of specialists was generated, highlighting the needs of the end customer to discern the parameters of realization of the designs and their interaction functionalities.
