N2 - In recent decades, competition in the market and customer requirements have increased, therefore, companies optimize their processes by increasing compliance in order delivery times. The present investigation develops a study that analyzes the fulfillment of the order deadlines in a Peruvian cocoa SME, this being 68.42%, however, the average standard in the agribusiness sector is 90%. The problem was identified using engineering tools to carry out the diagnosis and studies of the literature where a gap was found, since there are no related components that counteract said non-compliance. For this reason, a model composed of SLP components is implemented for optimal redistribution, 5s, work standardization and visual control. This model will be validated through a pilot plan conducting 4 phases. Finally, as the main result, order fulfillment increased by 87.50%, reducing the existing gap with respect to the sector.
